Dashboards are automated spreadsheets developed by Umanitar for the best Project Management professionals to support students during our classes – and after the training – on their projects.

These spreadsheets are extremely professional and can be absorbed by your company or organization if you do not have other management software.

You can use to make project planning, budget projection, organization of indicators, withdraw performance report, evaluate OKRs and much more.

Each momment of the course has specific dashboards according to the learning tool. They are modern and updated all the time, so that students always have the best materials on hand.

There are 26 templates and Dashboards to implement what has been learned in class. They are editable Excel documents, pre-made PowePoints templates and other, always adjustable according to your need.

Our Dashboards can be used in the routine of your organization saving a considerable financial value that is often invested in online softwares, but also serve for students to practice learning and use on their personal projects.

During each class the teacher will indicate the Dashboard to be used and will ask students to try to put information from their projects to practice with their colleagues.

In addition to live classes where students actively participate with their classmates, developing projects and interacting with the teacher, Umanitar also provides the opportunity for students to review classes or watch it for the first time if they have lost any content.

The recordings will be on the system every Monday and are available up to 2 weeks after the course, however, we do not recommend that the student only watch the recordings since the classes will be integrative.

Introduction (5 days):

During the first week of all our courses, students will have access to the student area where they will find introductory videos with class material, presentation of the Teacher, access to the class Network group and tasks to start getting used to the operation of the Course and the Umanitar Method. It is also the time to interact and meet your classmates in the group’s exclusive Whatsapp.

Live classes (every saturday):

To enable students participate in global classes, considering the extremely divergent time zone of the different countries that will be present in the classes, the live courses are given on Saturdays, with a good margin for students from the most diverse countries to participate together. When entering the details page of your course you will be able to see the start and end times of the training according to each time zone.

Closing (last class):

In addition to the introductory week, live classes, exercises and games, all courses have a Closing Class for Review, Questions and for students to do the Full Test Simulation commented with the teacher. The Closing takes place on the last Saturday of class and is a time to compile all knowledge.

Most of the knowledge will be developed by the students and their groups who will work and assemble the tools of their projects in the classroom.

We use a simple virtual platform. In the classroom we will give students the opportunity to set up groups where they will choose a project to work on their dashboards.

Students will form up to 6 groups in each class, where they will choose a project to work on dashboards provided by Umanitar. Students must learn by doing, correcting and bringing ideas to improve each other’s projects.

In addition to the development of tools on the dashboard, students participate by speaking their experiences up, writing on the virtual whiteboard and responding to various quizes and games.

The class will be “hands on”!

The Umanitar tests will be done in a virtual environment monitored and supervised by an outsourced official  institution.

There are 100 questions with 4 alternatives each. To pass the student must pass 65% of the test within 3 hours.

The result comes out at the same time and the certificate is sent in digital format within 30 days. Each Certificate has a unique code that identifies this student, the course and the grade he took.

Whenever a course is updated, our certified students receive a notification so that they can fulfill the extra grade and update their certificates with the new grade, if they are interested.

The certificate has all the curriculum and methodologies learned, which makes it valid for life.

If the student does not pass the first test and wants to try again he can buy the test independently.

As it is a global certification, the tests can be done in 3 languages: English, Portuguese or Spanish and, if necessary, the professional can request the translated version of his certification referring to the language adopted at the oficial test.
